Meet the Instructor

Jana Hargrove, the president and founder of Behance Beauty, is an acclaimed clinician and international injectable trainer. She has over 15 years of extensive experience in facial anatomy, advanced injection skills, and skin rejuvenation treatments. She has successfully trained thousands of practitioners over the last 12 years in both mainstream and advanced techniques for all neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Ultherapy, and Cellfina.

Jana has worked with numerous providers and practices in the DFW area as a Master Nurse Injector. For over ten years, she has been a national trainer of the leading companies in the industry, Merz Aesthetics, Suneva, and the American Academy for Facial Esthetics. She is a multi-specialty trainer for physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and dental practitioners.

Performing nearly 10,000 procedures per year in her aesthetic practice, she continues to stay at the forefront of aesthetic technology.

Jana is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with multiple continuing education credits specializing in Aesthetics, including live cadaver labs.

Behance Beauty Aesthetic Training provides private training for medical professionals who want to build their own training practice.

Private training is available for you and your staff, and the package can be built to your specifications to include a variety of aesthetic procedures. Office and Staff Education Training can be added to your private training session, ensuring your staff is knowledgeable of the procedures and processes that result in a successful aesthetic practice.

With our private training option, you can train one-on-one on your choice’s aesthetic procedures whether you need basic, more advanced, technique, or product-specific training.

A qualified instructor arranges in the instructor’s office or travels to your place of business at a time and date that works well with your schedule.

What does the training consist of?

The first segment is didactic, and the second segment is hands-on training with live models. Topics include Basic or Advanced theory, factors contributing to aging, how to assess clients for desired results, common indications for neuromodulators and dermal fillers, contraindications, warnings, and potential complications
